Act Affordable Housing Portfolio Program Cost Estimating Services for the Harris County Community
Services Department (ARPA). Contractor shall assist the County and the Department in providing cost estimating services for the U.S. Department of Treasury’s ARPA Affordable Housing Portfolio to enable the
County to implement the portfolio in accordance with the specifications set forth in the Request for Proposal
Job #22/0282.
Expected Impact: The County will award a contract to procure cost estimating services for the U.S. Department of Treasury’s ARPA Affordable Housing Portfolio to enable the County to implement the portfolio.
Alternative Options: If not awarded, this will delay the implementation of the U.S. Department of Treasury’s
ARPA Affordable Housing Portfolio.
