Background and Discussion:
Request by the Office of the Purchasing Agent for approval of an award and that the County Judge execute an agreement Ardurra Group, Inc. for Treasury American Rescue Plan Act Affordable Housing Portfolio Program Single Family Construction Management Services for the Community Services Department (ARPA) for the period of January 31, 2023 - January 31, 2024, with an option renewal to go to December 31, 2026.
Harris County Community Services Department (CSD) procured Job #22/0306- Treasury American Rescue Plan
Act Affordable Housing Portfolio Program Single Family Construction Management Services for the Harris County Community Services Department (ARPA). Contractor shall assist the County and the Department in providing construction management services for the U.S. Department of Treasury’s ARPA Affordable Housing Portfolio to enable the County to implement the portfolio in accordance with the specifications set forth in the Request for Proposal job #22/0306.
Expected Impact: The County will award a contract to procure construction management services for the U.S. Department of Treasury’s ARPA Affordable Housing Portfolio to enable the County to implement the portfolio.
Alternative Options: If not awarded, this will delay the implementation of the U.S. Department of Treasury’s
ARPA Affordable Housing Portfolio.
