Background and Discussion:
CenterPoint requires a signed Service Outlet Location Statement for new a service. The new service is being provided to accommodate CenterPoint relocating power poles out of the proposed drainage easement the County has acquired to allow the drainage easement to be cleared. This facilitates PCT 3 being able to take over the maintenance of the drainage easement.
Expected Impact: If this agreement is not moved forward the project it supports cannot begin.
Alternative Options: There are no alternate options as CenterPoint is the one and only entity we can deal with in these matters.
