Background and Discussion:
Renovate and restore an existing park information center building at Mercer Botanic Gardens, 22306 Aldine Westfield Road, Humble, Texas, 77338. This change in contract entails additional floor preparations prior to new flooring, fabricate and install interior window trim, reconstruct soffit vents, additional wood trim in the large meeting room, construct parapet wall at attic storage, furnish and install kitchen appliances with 104 additional calendar days.
