Background and Discussion:
Project includes completion of the second half of the concrete boulevard pavement section for Greenhouse Road, from North Approach Cypress Creek Bridges to Mound Road and Mound Road and from 458ft East of Crossland Park Lane to Greenhouse Road.
Change includes cost and time for 2 left turn lanes. This additional work was funded by the developer:
• CONSTRUCTION OF NEW TWO LTL REQUESTED BY TOWN LAKE DEVELOPER AND PCT3 ($155,674.00 - 30 DAYS)
Change also includes cost of removing an existing 24” RCP and installation of a 48” RCP and junction box at the Greenhouse and Mound Rd intersection:
• REMOVE AND REPLACING OF RCP AND INSTALLATION OF JB PER PCT3 REQUEST ($47,050.00) - 0 DAYS
Expected Impact:
Change allows the contractor to be compensated for extra work added to the project at the request of Precinct 3.
