Background and Discussion:

 

Project includes the reconstruction of Kowis Street Reconstruction - Royal Pine Drive to approx. 180' E of Bentley Rd.  Change includes additional contract items and time associated with scope of work at Precinct’s request. The additional items will allow contractor to complete the requested new items which includes:

                     Monument - 1 EA @ $55,000

                     Bench - 1 EA @ $4,007.80

                     Trash Receptacle - 1 EA @ $4,057.68

                     Pet Waste Station - 1 EA @ $1,400

                     Shrubs (planting mix, materials, mulch) - 1,110 SF @ $22

                     Trees - 93 EA @ $1,102

                     Concrete Fence/Sound wall - 264 LF @ $380

                     Pedestrian Lights Complete Installed - 34 EA $9,987.60

                     Extended General Conditions - 90 days @ $654.87

                     Precast Junction Box (4'-0" X 4'-0") STA 14+29 - 1 EA @ $7,400
