Background and Discussion:

This conveyance is part of an interlocal agreement with the City of Houston to exchange City of Houston drainage channels with Harris County Flood Control District storm sewers. The exchange of assets will facilitate more efficient long-term maintenance for both entities.

 

Expected Impact:

Harris County Flood Control District will dedicate its property rights over the storm sewer to the City of Houston for continued maintenance.
