Background and Discussion:
This grant supports Professional Services, including design, engineering, and other pre-construction expenses related to the Edgewater Park Boat Launch located at Hamblen Road near US 59, Harris County, Texas, Precinct 3 (Previously Precinct 4). The grant deadline needs to be extended to allow completion of all activities and administrative grant closeout. This agreement supersedes and replaces the original agreement approved by Commissioners Court on July 20, 2021 and the amendment thereto approved by Commissioners Court on May 24, 2022, but makes no changes other than extending the grant end date.
Expected Impact:
This project will provide a safe and established boat launch location and associated amenities.
