Background and Discussion:

The request for approval is related to the requirements outlined in section 11 of the Regulations of Harris County, Texas for The Approval and Acceptance of Infrastructure Regulations.  This is related to an old bonding requirement that is outlined within the April 23, 2002 version of the regulations.

The acceptance of streets and drainage is contingent on commissioner’s court approval to cancel the bond.
