Background and Discussion:
The Commissioners Court renovation consists of relocating court from the 9th floor of the Administration Building to the 1st floor. Scope includes supporting pre-function lobby, enhanced security, conference rooms, private restrooms, and A/V necessary to accommodate the functions of the court. This change in contract entails changes associated with repairs to existing plumbing conditions, fire sprinkler drain line relocation, new acoustical ceiling for the IDF room and repairs to existing CMU chase walls to maintain a 2HR rating.
