Background and Discussion:

 

Project includes completion of the eastbound lanes of the boulevard section of West Road from Woodson Terrace Lance to west of Greenhouse Road.  Change includes reconciliation of actual items and quantities used in construction with the estimated quantities included for bidding purposes. 

 

Expected Impact:

 

Change will allow contract payments to be reconciled with actual work performed on the project. 

 

Alternative Options:

 

Perform the work in accordance with the estimated quantities rather than allowing adjustment to accommodate field conditions.
