Background and Discussion:
The purpose of this change is to adjust existing contract pay items and add new site pay items due to modifications in design tailored for those field conditions. These changes result in a zero-dollar, zero-day change.

Expected Impact:
This RCA is required to complete the District construction contract under the original or needed revised scope.

Alternative Options:
This is an active construction contract, so there are not many alternatives to approving a change order other than cancelling the contract which is not recommended as doing so would substantially delay the remaining work in the construction contract.
