Background and Discussion:
Materials engineering and testing services are required to ensure that the project is constructed in accordance with the HCFCD Construction Documents.
Expected Impact:
General repairs of stormwater conveyance facilities will improve and enhance their drainage capacity and will reduce flooding risks.
Alternative Options:
The alternative to approval of this request is to either submit a request for another consultant, which would delay the effort, or for District staff to perform the effort, which would take staff away from other efforts.
