Background and Discussion:
The County engaged Entech Civil Engineers, Inc., to amend their existing contract and Provide additional professional engineering services for the design and construction of a standard four (4) lane concrete boulevard segment of North Eldridge Parkway, from Spring Cypress Road to Gregson Road, from 2 lane asphalt to 4 lane concrete curb and gutter with 32' raised median. Entech Civil Engineers, Inc. is qualified to perform these professional services. The firm is registered with the Harris County Engineering Department Professional Services Registry.
