Background and Discussion:

Harris County District Clerk has fifteen (15) unreserved parking spaces $85.00/each at 1401 Congress Street,
Houston, TX 77002 Parking Garage and needs to renew the access as required for the term of January 1, 2023
through December 31, 2023. The one year term is expected to be at a $1,275.00 monthly and $15,300.00
annually.

 

 

Expected Impact:

Approval of lease will allow the District Clerk’s Office to continue providing necessary parking access to
personnel working in the Downtown Courthouse Complex.

 

 

Alternative Options:

The available parking is limited in the Downtown Courthouse Complex and not having approval to renewal the
lease will increase the difficulty in finding secured parking for personnel.
