Background and Discussion:

The purpose of the project is to improve the drainage and reduce the structural flooding risk in the Parkway Forest subdivision.

 

Expected Impact:

The project will provide flood relief to the Parkway Forest Subdivision through the increase of storm sewer capacity and construction of detention ponds.

 

Alternative Options:

The only alternative option considered for this area is to not provide drainage improvements which would continue to leave this subdivision at greater flood risk.
