Background and Discussion:

Requested by Texas Anti-Gang Center at 2500 East T.C. Jester Blvd. Houston, Texas 77008; on behalf of all participating agencies in TAG Center with a nexus to all Harris County Sheriff’s Office detention/custodial facilities.

 

Expected Impact:

Agreement to provide automated analytics investigative software leveraging authorized inmate communications originating from correctional facilities’ phone systems. The software ingests, aggregates, processes, analyzes these communications in near-real time, which allows these communications to be indexed by every single word. This investigative tool is proprietary and allows for unlimited users to search a repository of over 60,000,000 authorized inmate communications.
