Background and Discussion:

Request to execute the first amendment to the interlocal agreement between Harris County and the East Aldine Management District (EAMD) to move the project forward. EAMD will provide additional leverage funding for the project. The project is grant-funded and the East Aldine Management District is providing leverage money. No Harris County money is used for this project.

 

Expected Impact:

County will have leverage funds provided by EAMD to continue with the grant-funded project.

 

 

Alternative Options:

County would be required to determine other resources to provide leverage funds for this project.
