Background and Discussion:

This project is located at the Hardy complex at 11901 W. Hardy Street in Precinct 2 (formerly Precinct 1). Prior to redistricting, the project was canceled by Precinct 1, construction did not begin, and the vendor was reimbursed for payment for bonds. This request is to formally terminate the awarded contract for the project.

As a result of redistricting, Precinct 2 may elect to modify the scope or re-bid the project.
