Background and Discussion:
Project includes construction of Cypress Rose Hill Road 11 - 500ft north of Seidel Cemetery Rd to 800ft north of Tomball-Waller Road. Change includes time and cost for installation of new electrical service pole (3 days, $7,827.00).
Expected Impact:
Changes allow additional work needed to complete the project within the original scope and in accordance with Precinct requirements. Additional time allows the Contractor to complete additional work without penalty.
