Background and Discussion:
This request provides additional funding to supplement Project Management and Construction Inspection Services in support of sediment removal and infrastructure repairs of a Cypress Creek project.
Expected Impact:
These services will support repairs at multiple locations which will expedite the completion of the project in reducing future flood damages to homeowners.
Alternative Options:
There is no viable alternative to this request. If Versa’s contract is not approved, the construction contract would still proceed, but we would not have the Construction Phase Services that Versa provides to ensure the construction contractor complies with terms of their contract during construction, as well as other services Versa provides.
