Background and Discussion:

We have 3 of the major service providers on contract in the area that we use for our data circuit connectivity and internet providers. For new circuits, we check with each to determine who has service availability in the areas as well as over all best pricing and solution for the departments needs.

Expected Impact:

Provide network connectivity for all of our HC locations and provide services for HC taxpayers.

Alternative Options:

We have looked at doing a Dark Fiber solution where HC would provide and support all the networking equipment and support however this is a costly option.
