Background and Discussion:

 

Project includes repair of asphalt pavement throughout the Genoa area for the BetterStreets2Neighborhoods Community Program for Harris County Precinct 2.  Change includes addition of three new bid items (roadway excavation, lime stabilized subgrade, lime) and the increase of existing bid item asphalt base repair required to complete the subgrade improvement on McCabe Rd and 30 days to complete the work.

 

Expected Impact:

 

Change allows contractor to improve the poor existing subgrade conditions and adjust the schedule to accommodate the additional work.
