Background and Discussion:
Project includes the repair of asphalt pavement throughout the Baytown South area for the BetterStreets2Neighborhoods Community Program for Harris County Precinct 2. Change includes quantity adjustment on two bid items required to complete the base repairs for the project.
Expected Impact:
Change allows contractor to perform base repairs with Hot-Mix Asphalt Type A instead of Hot-Mix Asphalt Type B; and adjusting the scope of work due to the poor existing conditions on the remaining roads.
