Background and Discussion:
Upgrade Hufsmith Road from 965’ west of Baker Drive to J131-03-00 existing 2-lane asphalt roadway to a 4-lane concrete boulevard. This project is within the Spring Creek Watershed as well as within the City of Tomball.
Expected Impact:
The roadway expansion will improve the traffic operations of the area.

An alternative option is to not expand Hufsmith Road.
