Background and Discussion: The County engaged Vogler & Spencer Engineering, Inc. in 2017, and now seeks Vogler & Spencer Engineering, Inc., to facilitate the re-design of a standard four (4) lane concrete boulevard.  Vogler & Spencer Engineering, Inc. is qualified to perform these professional services. The firm is registered with the Harris County Engineering Department Professional Services Registry.

Expected Impact: The project will address current and future traffic volumes, reduce delays, and provide safe mobility for residents, pedestrians and drivers.

 

Alternative Options: If no action is taken, the project may experience delays in improving mobility in the area.
