Background and Discussion:

This project is located at Northpointe Boulevard in Precinct 3. This project will be extending Northpointe Boulevard from Grant Road to Shaw Road.

 

Expected Impact:

This amendment will be proposing the extension of Northpointe Boulevard by providing a 4-lane concrete boulevard with 32” raised median within a 100’ ROW and a dual twin bridge over Faulkey Gulley channel floodway.

 

Alternative Options:

An alternative would be not to construct the extension of Northpointe Boulevard.
