Background and Discussion:
The project is located within Precinct 3 in Cypress, Texas. The Cypress Creek Estates Subdivision is a residential neighborhood located in Cypress, Texas and is north of Cypress N. Houston Rd., between Huffmeister Rd. and N. Eldridge Pkwy and encompasses approximately 200 acres. The project area is located within Key Map Grids 368 L and M.
Expected Impact:
Change allows for the addition of scope for our drainage study to include a no-rise analysis, due to work being performed within the floodway.
