Background and Discussion:
This project consists of seven bridges throughout Harris County Precinct 3 that have been identified as needing repairs through TxDOT’s BRINSAP program. The repairs have been determined to require specialized design resources outside of HCED.
Expected Impact:
Repair of the seven bridges will provide safety improvements for the associated structures, as well as vehicles and pedestrian users of each bridge.
Alternative Options:
The alternative would be to take no action, leave bridges as-is, and reallocate funds.
