Background and Discussion:
The project is to improve Ella Boulevard from West Richey Road to FM 1960, approximate 1.5 miles, consisting of the mill and overlay of existing asphalt pavement, access management measure installation, sidewalk on each sides, METRO bus stops, three new signals, and storm sewer for North Forest Subdivision drainage improvement.
Expected Impact:
The proposed improvement will provide the safer condition for both traffic and pedestrian. Provide the safe route to school.
Alternative Options:
Alternative options include having in house staff or on-call consultant perform construction phase services and accept professional engineering liability. The alternative will cause construction delay.
