Background and Discussion:
This project is located in Cypress Creek Watershed, on Louetta Road, west of IH 45. The scope and proposed improvements include converting the roadside ditch to an underground concrete box storm sewer trunk system to outfall to Senger Gully, along with removing undersize driveway culverts. Changes requested by Precinct during design review included extension and grade change of proposed ditch. New Items included Removal of Guard Rail, Removal and Replacement of Rock Wall, Removal of SET, 8" CCP Storm Pipe, 15" CCP Storm Pipe, 18"RCP, 30"RCP, 36"RCP, Type C Manhole, Type D inlet, SET 18", SET 36". Design was approved by the EOR.
Expected Impact:
Changes allow for addition of new bid items to complete the project in accordance with the original intent of the project and in compliance with Precinct requests.
