Background and Discussion:

 

This project is on-call contract that provides for the repair of asphalt roadways at various locations throughout Precinct 3.  Change includes time extensions associated with the hard freeze (5 days) and additional work consisting of the extension of 2 existing 72” RCPs to improve the turning radius at the Porter Road and Clay Road intersection (33 days).

 

Expected Impact:

 

Changes allow unused funds to be credited back to the Precinct.  It also includes compensation for additional work needed to complete the project within the original scope and in accordance with Precinct requirements. Additional time allows the Contractor to complete additional work without penalty.
