Background and Discussion:

Barbara Jordan Community Center is an interior renovation project to include offices, a break room and a main event space. This change in contract entails added costs associated with plumbing, HVAC, new plaster ceiling and door transom windows with 168 additional calendar days.

Change allows the completion of the project in accordance with the original intent of the project.
