Background and Discussion:
The Preparation for Adult Living (PAL) contract provides services to youth between the ages of 14-20 who are transitioning out of foster care. The HAY Center serves as the transition center for region 6 and has managed this contract for several years.
Expected Impact:
Foster youth enrolled in aftercare services will be eligible to receive a stipend ranging from $750 to $5,500 to provide financial support due to the global pandemic.
