Request for approval to hold a fundraiser on Saturday, September 24, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Weekly Community Center to benefit Lt. Jimmy Banks of the Cy-Fair ISD Police Department who is battling cancer.

Background and Discussion: The benefit consists of a plate lunch with baked chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans and a dessert for $10.00. The benefit is to help raise money to assist with medical bills, medications, and other needed essentials. We will have approximately 10-15 CFISD police officers and staff members distributing the plates. We would like to use the kitchen to heat the food in an oven and prepare the plates. All pre-sale orders are “Grab & Go” only.
