Background and Discussion:

The County engaged Huitt-Zollars, Inc. in 2020, and now seeks Huitt-Zollars, Inc., to facilitate the re-design of a shared-use pedestiann/bike trail along Rogers Gully (G103-24-04).  Huitt-Zollars, Inc. is qualified to perform these professional services. The firm is registered with the Harris County Engineering Department Professional Services Registry.

Expected Impact:

The project will provide safe mobility for pedestrians and bicyclists.

If no action is taken, the project may experience delays in improving mobility in the area.
