Background and Discussion:
The Freedom Project, funded through the Residential Substance Abuse Treatment grant, provides re-entry services for incarcerated individuals and funds four positions.
Expected Impact:
The awarding of this grant was delayed by the grantor but it is anticipated that we will receive this award within the next 30 days and will be presented to Commissioners Court for approval at that time.
