Background and Discussion:
These survey support services provided by Cobb Fendley & Associates Inc. for the vertical adjustment of the Harris County Reference Mark System in support of the MAAPnext project will continue to increase the District's ability to complete Land Survey support for various projects. Cobb Fendley & Associates, Inc. is currently providing survey support.
Expected Impact:
The District will be able to continue to utilize the surveying support service provided by Cobb Fendley & Associates, Inc. on the crucial on development and maintenance of the Harris County Reference Mark System in support of the MAPP Next project.
Alternative Options:
If this agreement is not approved, the District will need to find another surveying consultant to provide surveying support services without disrupting the ongoing MAAPnext project.
