Background and Discussion:
Pursuant to Texas Property Tax Code Sec. 26.04 (c), submission of No-New-Revenue Tax Rate and the Voter-Approval Tax Rate for Harris County, Harris County Flood Control District, Harris County Port of Houston Authority and Harris County Hospital District, dba Harris Health System is attached. These No-New-Revenue and Voter Approval tax rates will be used in proposing property tax rates for the 2022 tax year.
