Background and Discussion:

 

Project includes intersection improvements of Fry Rd at Longenbaugh Rd.  Change includes additional time for re-design of elevations to match existing (10 days), for delay in supply of joint sealant material (15 days) and additional median work requested by the Precinct (50 days).

 

Expected Impact:

 

Changes allow the Contractor to complete additional work and accommodate a delay in supply beyond his control without penalty.

 

Alternative Options:

 

Reduce the scope of the project to eliminate the need for additional time.
