Background and Discussion:

Project includes reconstruction of Kowis Street from Halls Bayou Hike and Bike Trail to James Driver Inclusive Park.  Change includes new items for special project signs at the request of the Precinct and drainage pipe for temporary drainage.  Change also includes time to complete the additional work.

Expected Impact:

Change allows the Precinct to add additional special signs to the project and allows temporary drainage while the project is being constructed.

Alternative Options:

Eliminate the special signs and construct the project without accommodations for drainage during construction.
