Background and Discussion:

Project includes the construction storm sewer trunk line and sidewalk along El Dorado Blvd.  Change includes a new item for filter fabric to prevent excessive silt from washing onto the adjacent roadway.  Change also includes additional time associated with utility delays.

 

Expected Impact:

Change allows work to be completed without impact to the adjacent roadway and also allows the Contractor to complete the project without penalty for delays beyond his control.

 

Alternative Options:

Allow construction to continue with the risk of blocking drainage on the adjacent roadway.
