Background and Discussion:
A request that the County Judge execute the owner’s acknowledgment on the subject plat for a tract of land owned by Harris County. The plat is required under the Regulations of Harris County, Texas for the Approval and Acceptance of Infrastructure in order to permit and construct improvements for PLUM GROVE ROAD STREET DEDICATION SEC 1.
