Background and Discussion:

In July 2020, Commissioners Court approved an engineering services agreement which completed the design for the needed portion of the HCTRA facility.  This contract will provide the site construction and site preparation that will allow a portion of the existing HCTRA facility to be used by Precinct 2 for their East Aldine Maintenance Camp location. Scope includes the installation of a maintenance shed, expanding the detention pond, drainage improvements, utility modifications and site preparation for a temporary building installation, and associated miscellaneous construction.

 

Expected Impact:

The modifications to the site will support the maintenance needs of the East Aldine area within Precinct 2.
