Background and Discussion:
This is a request for approval of a renewal option with BDO USA LLP, Milligan Partners Limited Liability, Murray & James Consulting, Inc., Protiviti, Inc., and Sogeti USA (Job No. 17/0291) for consulting, recruitment and staff augmentation for the Harris County Toll Road Authority (HCTRA). These consulting services are critical in providing electronics support that improves HCTRA’s productivity and business performance.
