Background and Discussion:

 

The original agreement between Harris County and CONSOR ENGINEERS LLC was approved by Commissioner’s Court on December 15, 2020, for Professional Engineering Services while the project was located in Precinct 4. This agreement is no longer needed due to project prioritization after redistricting.

 

Expected Impact:

As this is a mutual termination agreement, there will be no additional cost to Harris County to terminate the agreement.
