Background and Discussion:
The project is located in north Harris County in the Aldine area. The scope of services include amending the traffic control plan and conducting a second public engagement. The project reconstructs W Gulf Bank to 5 lanes with sidewalks.
Expected Impact:
The project will address vehicle and pedestrian mobility and safety.
Alternative Options:
An alternative option is to not amend the traffic control plan. If no action is taken, there will be safety concerns with the two schools located on the corridor.
