Background and Discussion:
On or about March 22, 2022, the County entered into a cooperative contract through the State of Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) with Microsoft Corporation (#DIR-CPO-4911) to purchase Microsoft Enterprise support services for the County. On July 19th, the parties amended the Agreement for the purpose of adding funding for additional services in the amount of $159,898 and CJIS-compliancy terms required for the provision of the provided Services. The parties are seeking to execute a second amendment to add funding for additional services in the amount of $143,234. Microsoft represents it is capable and willing to extend the Services.

Expected Impact:
This will ensure CJIS compliancy, rules, regulations.
