Background and Discussion:
The Harris Health System Board of Trustees (“Board”) comprises nine members appointed by Harris County Commissioners Court. Each member serves a 2-year term that ends on November 1st. Anne Clutterbuck’s term expired on November 1, 2020. To fill this open position, Judge Hidalgo requests the Court appoint Mia Mends to the Board for a term ending on November 1, 2023.
