Background and Discussion:
Ms. Nghiem is a playwright and former cultural arts chair for Fourth Ward Youth and Freedman’s Town. She graduated from Rice University and has previously assisted the Historical Commission on Black history projects.
Expected Impact:
As an additional member, Ms. Nghiem will increase the Commission’s ability and capacity to implement its work and objectives.
